You can list fully furnished apartments, condominiums, landed houses, studio units, and serviced residences that are suitable for daily, weekly, or monthly stays. We focus on properties that meet high standards of quality and comfort.
Simply submit your listing through our platform. After approval, your property will be live and available for guests to book.
Listing is free. We only charge a 15% service commission on each successful booking transaction.
If you are the property host, you are responsible for managing guest check-ins, communication, and support. KL Short Stay assists with listing exposure but does not manage guest-related services.
Yes, you can reserve specific dates for your own use by updating your calendar directly. This ensures those dates are blocked off to prevent double bookings.
Payouts are processed within 7–14 working days after the guest’s check-in, using bank transfer or other local payment methods of your choice.
Some local councils and building management bodies (JMB/MC) require short-term rental licenses. Please check with the relevant authority before listing your property.
KL Short Stay does not hold or handle security deposits. It is the host’s responsibility to collect the deposit and manage any damage claims directly with the guest, based on evidence and the agreed terms.
Yes, you determine your own pricing and rules. We also provide pricing guidelines to help ensure your rates are competitive in the market.
You will have access to a dashboard (or periodic reports) that provide insights into booking statistics, earnings, guest reviews, and occupancy trends.
Yes, you can list your property for yearly rent. However, this is generally not advisable as our platform collects payments online without incorporating a formal tenancy agreement. Additionally, tenants are required to pay the full rental amount upfront for the chosen period.
As a host, you will receive the tenant’s contact details upon booking confirmation, enabling you to screen or reach out to them directly.
