    Anggun Residence is indeed a great place to live in. It offers a jacuzzi and a launderette facility in the development. There is a multipurpose hall facility in the development which can be used on different occasions by the residents. There is a lovely barbecue area in the development where the residents can enjoy some unforgettable time with their family and friends. Furthermore, a lounge facility is also available for the residents where they can sit and enjoy their time. Not to forget about the children, a beautiful children’s playground and a game room where the kids can enjoy while remaining in the development and without worrying the parents.

    2. Rental Payment made is not refundable
    3. Security Deposit of 1 Month (Monthly Rent) / 2.5 Month (Yearly Rent)
    4. Rental does not include utility bills (Electric/Water/Internet/Sewerage)
    5. Linen is not provided for Long Term Stay (Option to purchase from us
    6. To permit the landlord/agent at reasonable times to enter upon the early notice to examine the condition of the property
    7. Not to do anything which is illegal or shall become nuisance or annoyance to the adjacent neighbor
    8. Not to sublet the property without the consent of the landlord
    9. Security deposit not to be offset from the rent & upon the termination of the terms we will refund the security deposit to Tenant within 1week subject to any outstanding utilities bills and damages of the property.
