- We operate a Short-Term Rental located in a residential property, which offers a distinct experience compared to hotels. Our mobile service covers the entire Johor Bahru area, and there is no reservation counter at the property. Our operating hours are from 9:00 am to 5:45 pm every day.
- Our standard check-in time is 3:00 pm. If you wish to check in earlier, please make a request in advance, and additional charges may apply. Kindly contact us to confirm availability. Additionally, we provide a self check-in option at a 24-hour convenience shop.
- When leaving the property, please remember to bring your access card/keys with you. In the event of an emergency where the house door or any room door is left unlocked, there will be an additional charge of RM50.
- A tourism tax of RM10 per room per night will be collected upon arrival. This tax is applicable to all foreign guests.
- Our main contact number is 013-5600396. Please note that this line is not available 24 hours a day. Feel free to reach out to us during the daytime, unless it is an emergency during the nighttime.

1. Kindly drop the key at FAAZ MART BEFORE 12.00pm, surcharge is applied if key is not return to FAAZ MART latest by 12pm. When you pass the key to FAAZ MART please take a photo to us.
2. Kindly switch off ALL the aircon & light before leaving the house & appreciate if you could leave the place clean and tidy (kindly remain the original position if you happen to relocate some furniture & put remote control on table or bed)
** Please do not take any things which is not belong to you – towel, cutlery, iron, hair dryer, vacuum ect
3. Closed all the windows, lock the house
4. Please take all your personal belongings
5. Kindly notify us ASAP If there is any maintenance / broken issue within the premises OR any broken issue.
**If you accidentally causing stained on bed sheet and towel & we need to charge for replacement fees if the stained is not removable
6. Check out time is BEFORE 12pm.
7. Kindly notify us once you leave the house.
You may conveniently travel to shopping mall / tourism hot spot by downloading the ride hailing app “Grab”. It is fast and convenient in Johor Bahru. I am pleased to assist my guests in anything I can. If you need tips, information or you want me to arrange any sort of service (taxi, airport transfer, tickets, etc) prior to your arrival, please do not hesitate to ask me!
• Damage Deposit – guests pay a damage deposit of: MYR300
• Guests need a verified phone number to book
• There is no capacity for extra beds in the room
• After the reservation has confirmed, guest should provide copy of Passport / Malaysian Identity Card / MY PR Card.
• A tourist tax of MYR10 per house per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid before check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.
