- The tenant is required to keep the property & fixtures in good & tenantable condition, the tenant is responsible for minor repairs & replacement of parts at its own expense
- To permit the landlord/agent at reasonable times to enter upon the early notice to examine the condition of the property
- Not to do anything which is illegal or shall become nuisance or annoyance to the adjacent neighbor
- Not to sublet the property without the consent of the landlord
- Security deposit not to be offset from the rent & upon the termination of the terms we will refund the security deposit to Tenant within 1week subject to any outstanding utilities bills and damages of the property.
