The tenant is required to keep the property & fixtures in good & tenantable condition, the tenant is responsible for minor repairs & replacement of parts at its own expense
To permit the landlord/agent at reasonable times to enter upon the early notice to examine the condition of the property
Not to do anything which is illegal or shall become nuisance or annoyance to the adjacent neighbor
Not to sublet the property without the consent of the landlord
