- To pay rent in advance before the commencement date or renewal terms to the account: 1 World Short Stay Sdn Bhd, Hong Leong Bank Berhad, Acc No. 355 0000 5043) & send the payment record to account@widebed.com with indicating full name & contact
- The rental Payment made is not refundable
- Security Deposit of RM 1500 for monthly rental and 2.5 (months) for Yearly Rental
- Monthly Rental includes utility bills (Electric/Water/Sewerage/WiFi)
- Linen is not provided for Long Term Stay (Option to purchase from us)
- Internet is inclusive for Monthly Rent
- The tenant is required to keep the property & fixtures in good & tenantable condition, the tenant is responsible for minor repairs & replacement of parts at its own expense
- To permit the landlord/agent at reasonable times to enter upon the early notice to examine the condition of the property
- Not to do anything which is illegal or shall become a nuisance or annoyance to the adjacent neighbor
- Not to sublet the property without the consent of the landlord
- Security deposit not to be offset from the rent & upon the termination of the terms we will refund the security deposit to Tenant within 1 week subject to any outstanding utility bills and damages to the property.
- 2 Working Days are required after confirmation & payment made before Moving In

- House cleaning services are available upon request and are subject to additional charges of RM 50
