You may collect the card at Valet counter of Twin Galaxy Residence which is next to my place Setia Sky 88. You mention your name to the staff and he will pass the key to you. The Valet counter located next to Tanba Japanese restaurant at the lobby of Twin Galaxy. Valet counter open hours from 9.30am to 10.30pm. There will be one set access card which consist of gold colour and blue colour. The gold colour access card will be only used at the entrance of the guard house. Please wave the card at the white box and the barrier will be opened. Meanwhile, the blue access card will be used for all condo doors, inside the lift, door house and facilities area. If you are taking grab, you should key in Setia Sky 88 and may add stop in Twin Galaxy to collect the key, then use the same grab to Setia Sky 88 (the place you going to stay).

1. We are homestay based in this residential property which are very different compare to hotel, we are mobile to all over Johor Bahru, there is no reservation counter in the property.
Our working hour is from 9.00am to 6.00pm daily.
2. Please advise us what time is your arrival time by replying to this message so that we could facilitate your check in procedure earlier.
* In case you are late arrival (arrived later than 11.00pm), kindly drop us a message & pre-arrange with us, there is surcharge RM50 for check in later than 11.00pm (after self-check in time). All these is subject to availability.
3. Please bring along the access card/keys when you are out from the house. Any emergency for unlocked the house door or any room door will have additional charges of RM50.
4. Tourism tax will be collected upon arrival and is subject to ALL FOREIGNER guest on RM10 per room per night basis.

6. We would like to invite you to leave us comment in booking platform. With your comments, we could keep improve ourselves and continuously giving our guests the best staying experience.
1. If you are driving, kindly drop the access cards to the valet parking counter in Twin Galaxy (key collection place).
2. If you are not driving, please leave the access card in the house. No card needed to access Level 3 (Lobby).
Lock the house, the door will automatically lock once you shut it, you will hear a Beeb sound.
3. Kindly switch off ALL the aircon & light before leaving the house & appreciate if you could leave the place clean and tidy (kindly remain the original position if you happen to relocate some furniture & put remote control on table or bed)
** Please do not take any things which is not belong to you – towel, cutlery, iron, hair dryer, vacuum ect 🙂

5. Kindly notify us ASAP If there is any maintenance / broken issue within the premises OR any broken issue.
**If you accidentally causing stained on bed sheet and towel & we need to charge for replacement fees if the stained is not removable
6. Check out time is BEFORE 12pm.
7. Kindly notify us once you leave the house.
You may conveniently travel to shopping mall / tourism hot spot by downloading the ride hailing app “Grab”. It is fast and convenient in Johor Bahru. I am pleased to assist my guests in anything I can. If you need tips, information or you want me to arrange any sort of service (taxi, airport transfer, tickets, etc) prior to your arrival, please do not hesitate to ask me!
• Damage Deposit – guests pay a damage deposit of: MYR300
• Guests need a verified phone number to book
• There is no capacity for extra beds in the room
• A tourist tax of MYR10 per house per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Before the handover of keys, Passport / Malaysian Identity Card / MY PR Card must be presented to our staff upon request.
