【Registration】
Guest is required to provide passport or IC copy for registration purpose.
【Parking】
1 assigned resident parking lot provided for free. If guest have 2nd car can register visitor parking with the security and pay with RM20 per night. The visitor parking is share with resident’s car park. If the 2nd car stay overnight without register and pay for the fee, the building management will penalty RM200.
【Access Card】
We will provide 2 access card and key. Lost access card will be charged for a replacement cost at RM100/pcs
【Cleaning fee】
The cleaning fee is charged one time based on per check out. No daily cleaning service except guest pay for extra daily cleaning service fee of RM120/per time.
【Security Deposit & Payment Terms】
A refundable security deposit of RM2,000 is required and must be paid prior to check-in. The deposit will be refunded within 3 days after check-out, provided no damage, loss, or breach of house rules has occurred. Deductions may be applied for repairs, replacements, or additional cleaning costs if necessary.
Accepted payment methods include: Malaysia local bank online transfer, Wise, and Alipay. All payments must be completed in full before check-in to secure the reservation.
