【Registration】
Guest is required to provide passport or IC copy for registration purpose.
【Parking】
1 assigned resident parking lot provided for free. If guest have 2nd car can park at basement and pay with touch & go card.
【Access Card】
We will provide 2 access card and key. Lost access card will be charged for a replacement cost at RM100/pcs
【Cleaning fee】
The cleaning fee is charged one time based on per check out. No daily cleaning service except guest pay for extra daily cleaning service fee of RM120/per time.
【Security Deposit & Payment Terms】
A refundable security deposit of RM200 is required and must be paid prior to check-in. The deposit will be refunded within 3 days after check-out, provided no damage, loss, or breach of house rules has occurred. Deductions may be applied for repairs, replacements, or additional cleaning costs if necessary.
*For monthly stay deposit will be RM2000.
